This guacamole recipe is so good and so simple, you can make it any day of the week.
Recipe:
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- About 1/8 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 just-ripe avocados (not too ripe)
Directions:
With a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic, then add the salt and juice. Mix together to dissolve the salt. Mash the avocados into the mixture with a fork, combining all ingredients. Careful not to mash too long or the avocados begin to break down. Plus, the chunks of avocado add delicious texture.
