

Tejava® Black Tea with Cranberry Syrup
In a word – yum yum. Okay, maybe that’s two words.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Tejava Original Black tea
- 2 tbsp. Fresh cranberries
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz Vodka (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a small saucepan at medium heat, add sugar, water, 1 tablespoon fresh cranberries, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Cranberry syrup is ready.
- Use a cocktail shaker and add remaining fresh cranberries and rosemary, a few ice cubes with 2 oz of the cranberry syrup.
- Muddle the ingredients until crushed.
- Cover the mixer and shake for 25 seconds and strain over a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Fill the glass with Tejava Original Black tea.
- Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
- *For the cocktail version, add 2 oz of vodka.
