Tejava Milk Tea Tiramisu
A creamy, milk-tea twist on classic tiramisu with chocolate shavings.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Tejava Black Tea
- 2 tbsp. + ¼ cup Stater Bros. Sweetened Condensed Milk, divided
- 1 cup Stater Bros. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone
- 1 tsp. Full Circle Market Organic Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp. Food Club Salt
- 1 pkg. Dellalo Ladyfingers
- Ghirardelli 60% Cocao Bittersweet Chocolate Bar, for shaving
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir together Tejava tea and 2 tbsp. condensed milk until combined. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream by hand or with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a separate larger bowl mix the mascarpone, remaining ¼ cup condensed milk, vanilla and salt until thoroughly combined. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Dip ladyfingers in the milk tea for 2 to 3 seconds and place in a single layer in an 8x8” baking dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and spread the remaining mascarpone cream on top.
- Shave the chocolate bar over the tiramisu. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
