Gabrielle Jammal recently served as the first Tea Sommelier at the Baccarat Hotel in New York City, where she created a wine list-like tea menu to inspire people on their tea journey. She then helped open the Tiffany’s Blue Box Cafe in Manhattan, helmed by James Beard award winner and Michelin-star chef Daniel Boulud. Gabrielle’s mission: educating people on the wonders of tea and the process of making really delicious and amazing tea.

He was introduced to tea by his mother as part of their morning ritual when he was a boy in his native Pakistan.
