Tejava unsweetened iced tea is hosting its second annual private media dinner, featuring an exclusive meal by LA’s own Chef Phillip Lee. The intimate dinner will take place on June 23rd at Lee’s highly acclaimed vegan restaurant, Gadarene Swine, in Studio City. The event begins with a cocktail hour on the restaurant’s urban outdoor patio at 5:00 p.m., and dinner will begin promptly at 6:15 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Chef Lee for our LA dinner,” said Lorna Oshiro, Brand Manager, Tejava. “Tejava is simply tea and water, and nothing else. Like Tejava, Chef Lee is known for using simple ingredients to create incredible flavors. We share the common goal of highlighting the true flavors of the ingredients we use, rather than masking or altering their natural flavors with other additives.”

Chef Lee will personally prepare and serve a custom, multi-course meal, with half the menu items incorporating the bold yet smooth, award-winning flavors of Tejava. Just like the refreshing tea drink, Chef Lee cooks exclusively with the most simple and natural ingredients. Focusing on plant-based recipes, he masterfully creates robust, stimulating flavored dishes. Tejava and Chef Lee’s like-minded food philosophy will come together to celebrate the origins of each ingredient and how their natural flavors are be delicious.

This event is part a summer-long Tejava campaign to encourage consumers to try the natural, refreshing, and great tasting Tejava unsweetened black iced tea.
