Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 2 minutes
½ cup tejava black tea
2 tablespoons fresh cranberries
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 oz vodka (alcohol option)*
- Heat a small saucepan at medium heat, add sugar, water, 1 tablespoon fresh cranberries, and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Cranberry syrup is ready.
- To a mixer, add remaining fresh cranberries and rosemary, few ice cubes along with 2 oz of prepared cranberry syrup. Muddle the ingredients until crushed. Cover the mixer and shake for 25 seconds and strain over glass filled with crushed ice.
- Fill the glass with tajava black tea. Garnish with sugar coated cranberries and rosemary and serve immediately.
To make it as cocktail, just add 2 oz of vodka.
